Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Vivian is currently a DMA student at Texas Tech University where she also serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant teaching horn and aural skills classes. Vivian’s professional experiences include performing with Wichita Symphony Orchestra as the second horn player while pursuing her MM degree at Wichita State University. In addition to performing, Vivian is also an active teacher who is passionate about the pedagogy of horn and theory. Vivian enjoys working and growing with students in different age groups. While not playing her horn, Vivian loves cooking and traveling. She also loves dogs, cats and bunnies!
